Will not stay connected to dash cam. I reset the device probably doesn't times I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app a dozen times and I've forgotten and relearn the network and everything I can think of at least a dozen times and it still will not connect
Bought it brand new. Constantly is missing 10-20 seconds of video between its recordings. I set it to 3 min intervals from 30 seconds hoping this would help. I contacted support because the courts wanted to see video proof of a accident that i was involve. Unfortunately the recording was in between recordings and the important part never was recorded. I then was told to update the cam with my computer. I never received a computer with the dash cam so I'm not sure how they expect that to happen.
This app has never been intuitive and it'd always been a huge pain in the app to fine the right loop and download it.
It gets the job done, however it's way too slow for such expensive camera, nexar is cheaper and works 1000 tubes better and faster

Not working. Why I had to pay a lot. .for a camera that it doesn't work well...
I keep losing internet, and always at the most inappropriate time (when I need it for for my GPS. SUCKS BIG TIME
Unable to use with android auto running
After the Update the app is no longer working.
Unable to see or upload videos or snapshots from Vava dashcam SD card... Makes the app pointless unless all you want is an app on your phone to manually take pictures with the dashcam... Pointless
